Information you provide
If you use the quote form, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as a business name or project description. Please don’t include sensitive personal or financial information in the form.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to you, understand the work you’re asking about, prepare a proposal, and manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell personal information or use quote inquiries for advertising campaigns.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests to deliver and secure the site. When quote-form email is enabled, Resend processes the form details to deliver the message to us. These providers handle information as needed to provide their services; we do not authorize them to sell your inquiry details for their own advertising.
Storage and retention
Inquiry emails are stored in the mailbox used to receive them. We keep them as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage work, and maintain ordinary business records, then delete them when they are no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use advertising trackers or its own analytics cookies. Hosting or infrastructure providers may process basic technical information, such as request time and device or network details, to operate and protect the site.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to submit the quote form. If you have a question about information you sent us or want to ask us to delete it, contact Jeremy@openhanddigital.com.
We’ll update this notice if our information practices change—for example, if we add analytics, a client portal, or other services that collect information through this site.
