How we help
Start with a clear, professional website. Add the tools and connections your business needs when the time is right.
A thoughtful, mobile-friendly site built around your services, customers, and next steps.
Ongoing hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and practical support after your site goes live.
Connect your website to the tools you use for leads, follow-up, scheduling, and day-to-day work.
CRM projects, larger integrations, and custom software are scoped and priced separately.
A clear path forward
We keep the process straightforward, explain the decisions, and stay available when the site is live.
Start a conversationWe learn about your business, customers, services, and goals, then map the pages and features that make sense.
We shape the design, build the site for real devices, and review it together before it goes live.
We handle the technical launch and can keep an eye on your site, maintain it, and help it grow.
A thoughtful partner
DIY platforms give businesses useful tools. Open Hand Digital helps plan, build, and look after the result—then connect more when your needs grow.
You work with the people doing the work. We’ll explain what’s happening and what comes next.
Your site starts with your customers, services, and goals—not a one-size-fits-all package.
Begin with a straightforward website. Add CRM connections or custom tools only when they solve a real need.
A note from the founder
I’m Jeremy Hughes, founder of Open Hand Digital. I’ve built websites and helped solve technical problems, and I’m now bringing that work together as a business.
This is my first time doing it as a business, so I’m building it around the kind of support I’d want myself: straightforward advice, clear communication, and someone who follows through.
I work with small businesses locally and remotely. The goal is the same either way: take the technical work off your plate so you can focus on running your business.
Your next step
Share a little about your business and what you’re hoping to improve. We’ll start with a conversation and figure out what makes sense.
